| Abstract: | The research presented in this paper is investigating new ways of specifying operations procedures that incorporate the insight of operations, engineering, and science personnel to improve mission operations. The paper describes the rationale for using Temporal Dependency Networks to represent the procedures, a description of how the data is acquired, and the knowledge engineering effort required to represent operations procedures. |
