Title: Quantitative ESD Guidelines for Charged Spacecraft Derived From the Physics of Discharges
Authors: Frederickson, A.R.
Issue Date: 8-Mar-1999
Citation: Mtg: IEEE, Microcircuits and Space Electronics
Monterey, California, USA
